Pumpkin Apple Dump Cake

This simple recipe is made with chopped apples, canned pumpkin and a box of yellow cake mix.

Serve it warm from the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! just a few ingredients, and it's perfect for Fall.

Ingredients

- Yellow cake mix - Apples - Brown sugar - Cinnamon - Pumpkin puree - Pumpkin pie spice - Butter

Add the chopped apples to a large mixing bowl. In another bowl, combine the cinnamon with the pumpkin pie spice. Toss the spice mixture on top of the chopped apples.

Add the brown sugar to the top of the apples. Then add the pumpkin puree to the bowl and mix together.

Pour apple and pumpkin mixture into a 9 x 13 baking dish and spread evenly. Then top the apples and pumpkin with the entire box of cake mix, spreading the mix evenly over the fruit.

Next, drizzle the butter over the top of the cake mix. Place the baking dish in the oven for 45 minutes. The cake is done with the syrup is bubbly and the topping is brown and crisp.
