Can you believe we are in the final week of October? This month has gone way too fast for me. And with all the craziness of the month, this is why I’m so happy we have our menu plan to help every week to make sure we have good meals on the table every night for our families.
If you’re struggling with getting meals together and on the table every night, I suggest you start planning out your meals. Get the kids involved with the planning also! Have them pick a meal one night a week. And make sure they know they need to pick a healthy meal that includes vegetables. Make it fun for them and they will try new foods!
This week I thought we would concentrate on One Pot Meals or One Pan Meals as two of the nights you need a baking pan or tray to get dinner on the table. Easy and delicious meals to share with your family and spend some time catching up after a busy crazy day.
