Air Fryer Potato Skins in Minutes!

Make crispy and delicious air fryer potato skins in minutes!  This easy recipe is perfect for game day or any occasion.

Ingredients

• Russet potatoes • Olive oil • Bacon • Cheese

Step 1

Pierce the potatoes with a fork. Then coat the potatoes in oil and cook in the air fryer at 400°F for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides. Leave some of the potato in tact around the edges.

Step 3

Brush the potato halves with oil then mix the seasonings together and season. Top each potato skin with cheese and bacon pieces.

Step 4

Cook the potato skins in the air fryer at 350°F for 10 minutes to melt the cheese and crisp up the edges. Let them rest in the air fryer for 5 minutes once done cooking.
