Easy No Bake Christmas Cookies

Made with crunchy Ritz crackers and dipped in melted mint-flavored chips.  Just a few festive sprinkles and you've got a delicious, crowd-pleasing dessert that tastes just like those iconic cookies.

Ingredients

•  Andes baking chips   •  Ritz crackers •  Christmas sprinkles

Step 1

Microwave the Andes baking chips in 30 second increments stirring in between each until melted. Make sure the candies are completely melted.

Step 2

Use a fork to dip the crackers into the melted chocolate.

Step 3

Allow the excess chocolate to drip off of the fork.

Step 4

Place the chocolate dipped crackers onto sheets of parchment paper.

Step 5

Before the chocolate sets, add the Christmas sprinkles to the tops.
