Ingredients
- 4 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 - 12-ounce bag regular-sized marshmallows (about 4 cups)
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the marshmallows. Stir frequently until completely melted.
- Remove from heat. Stir in Lucky Charms cereal.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Pat down the mixture with a rubber spatula sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Let set for at least an hour. Remove from the pan. Using a knife coated with non-stick spray, cut the bars into 12 squares or the size you want.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
If you're finding it difficult to spread the cereal marshmallow mixture, you can spray your hands and spread the mixture with your hands.
