To make cake or cupcakes:
Combine cake mix and wet ingredients until well combined.
Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan or divide into cupcake liners.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes for the cake or 15-20 minutes for the cupcakes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool completely and frost as desired.
