Blueberry Infused Water
Made with blueberries, zesty lime, refreshing mint and sparkling water for a refreshing blueberry infused water mocktail that's easy to make!

Ingredients

blueberries

sparkling water

honey
Instructions
Using either a juicer or by hand, squeeze the lime and add it to a glass pitcher.
Add the blueberries, mint and honey also to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
Fill each serving glass with ice cubes.
Divide the sparkling water between the two glasses being careful to only fill each glass halfway.
Pour the blueberry, mint, honey and lime juice mixture into each glass slowly being careful not to overflow.
Stir each glass gently to mix all the ingredients together.
Garnish the mocktail with lime slices and mint sprigs.
Notes
You can adjust the taste of the Blueberry Infused Water by adding more honey, sugar or even sweetener.
For a fun presentation rub the flesh of the lime around the rim of each glass and then dip the glasses in sugar.
