To make roses: Slice the meats and/or cheeses in half. Lay the slices flat and slightly overlap them. Roll the sheet tightly from one end to create a central bud. Then, arrange additional slices around the bud, gradually forming layers to resemble rose petals. Secure the layers with toothpicks as needed. Finally, shape and fluff the petals to achieve a more realistic rose appearance.
Place the Brie in the middle. On the brie round, place one round of Babybel. Prop the other two rounds of Babybel at the bottom of the round of brie.
Cut and shape the goat cheese into two ears. Place the ears at the top the brie.
Arrange the remaining ingredients in a balanced manner across the board to resemble a garden. Fill in any empty spaces with rosemary sprigs.
