Pork Won Tons

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 2 TBS butter
  • ¾ cup of cooked pork roast
  • Teriyaki or Soy Sauce
  • Won Ton Wrappers

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and saute for a few minutes until softened.
  • Add the cooked pork and the Teriyaki or soy sauce.
  • Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  • Lay out your won ton wrappers and spoon about 1 TBS of the pork/coleslaw mixture into the center.
  • Using your finger or a small pastry brush, apply some water to the edges of the won ton wrapper.
  • Fold the won ton wrapper over and seal the edges completely.
  • Heat some oil in a heavy saucepan.
  • Add the prepared won tons, a few at a time.
  • Fry until golden brown; let them drain on a baking sheet lined with paper towels.
  • Serve with hot mustard or soy sauce.
