Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie

Adding protein to a delicious chocolate banana smoothie is an easy way to get the extra added energy you need for a long day of work.

Ingredients

  • ½ Banana
  • ½ cup Friendship Dairies Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder; unsweetened
  • ¼ - ½ cup Low Fat Milk
  • 1 - 2 teaspoon Sugar; if desired
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, crush the ice cubes.
  • Once the ice is crushed, add the remaining ingredients and blend together until smooth adding more milk if needed to get to the consistency you desire.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
