Warm Bacon Cheese Dip

 A warm bacon cheese dip that's perfect for dipping your favorite crackers, pita chips, or crusty fresh baked bread.  Even veggie sticks taste amazing dipped in this gooey goodness!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese; softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese; shredded
  • 6 - 8 slices bacon; cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese and bacon.
  • Spoon the mixture into a 9 - 10 inch pie plate or quiche plate that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. 
  • Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and hot.
  • Garnish with chopped chives or chopped green onions.
  • Serve with crackers, pita chips or tortilla chips.

Notes

You can combine everything using an electric mixer or I like to use my food processor. 
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.
