S'mores Cookie Cups
S'mores Cookie Cups are an easy recipe of a graham cracker cookie crust topped with a chocolate candy bar and then a gooey marshmallow. Skip the campfire and let's make s'mores in the oven today!

whole graham crackers
1 cup finely crushed
¼
cup
powdered sugar

butter

1.55 oz each milk chocolate candy

large marshmallows
Instructions
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and melted butter.
Place 1 tablespoon of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a cupcake pan that has been lined with paper cupcake liners.
Press the crumbs into the pan to make little cups - you can use your fingers or the back of a spoon. I like to use a Pastry Dough Tart Tamper.
Bake at 350 for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly.
Meanwhile, break the two candy bars into rectangles. You will not use all 16 pieces.
Remove pan from oven; place one rectangle into each cup.
Then place one marshmallow on top of the chocolate.
Return to oven 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly softened.
You may have to help flatten the marshmallows with the back of a spoon.
Remove pans from oven to cooling rack; cool 15 minutes.
Carefully remove cups from pan.
Cool slightly before serving.
