Falling Off the Bone Barbecue Ribs

- 3 lbs St. Louis Ribs or Baby Back Ribs
- 2 tablespoon Season Salt or your favorite barbecue rub.
- Soda - see note
- 2 cups Barbecue Sauce
Sprinkle the ribs with the Season Salt or barbecue rub and place in your crock pot.
Add the soda, enough to cover half way.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from the crock pot and place in a baking dish and spread the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs.
Place the ribs on the grill over a medium flame.
Remember at this point your ribs are basically cooked all the way; we're just finishing them up on the grill to get those amazing grill marks.
Remove from the grill and cut the ribs into individual servings.
- I like to use Coca-Cola. But you can use 7 Up, Ginger Ale; just make sure you use a soda with sugar. No diet allowed for this recipe.
