A delicious and easy dessert recipe for puff pastry apple tart that will impress your family.

Ingredients
  • One sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 to 3 apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Caramel Sauce
Instructions
  1. Combine the sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Unfold the sheet of puff pastry and place on a floured flat surface.
  3. Using a rolling pin, go over the puff pastry sheet lightly, to remove any indentations from the pastry being folded.
  4. Peel, core and slice the apples.
  5. Toss the apples with the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  6. Place the apples on top of the sheet of puff pastry, leaving about a one inch border around the edges.
  7. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in a preheated 415 degree oven.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
  9. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
