Pumpkin Muffins with Crumb Topping
These pumpkin muffins have just the right amount of pumpkin spice and chocolate chips. They're super moist and to make it even better, there's a yummy crumb topping!

Ingredients
For the Muffins:

box of Spice Cake Mix; do not follow the box directions.

can of pumpkin
15 ounce size

cup
sour cream

vegetable oil

eggs

vanilla

package chocolate chips
For the Crumb Topping:
½
cup
sugar
¼
cup
flour
1
teaspoon
pumpkin pie spice
2
tablespoon
butter
2
tablespoon
oatmeal
Instructions
For the Muffins:
Add the cake mix to a mixing bowl.
Then add the can of pumpkin, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla and combine until smooth; using either an electric mixer or wooden spoon.
Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Spoon into your muffin pans that have been sprayed with non-stick baking spray or you can use paper muffin cups. Prepare Crumb Topping.
For the Crumb Topping:
Combine the Crumb Topping ingredients in a bowl and using a pastry cutter, or two knives, and cut the butter into the mixture until you have crumbs.
Add one tablespoon of the crumb topping to the top of each muffin.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick insertedin the middle of a muffin comes out clean.
