Spinach, Bacon and Cheese Quiche

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 10 slices crumbled, cooked bacon
- ½ of a 10 ounce package of frozen chopped spinach thawed and completely squeezed dry.
- 2 cups cheddar cheese; shredded
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, or homemade
Mix the eggs and the whipping cream together.
Add the spinach, crumbled bacon and cheese. Stir to combine.
Roll out the pie crust dough and press it into the bottom of a 9" pie plate.
Pour the quiche mixture into the pie plate.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife placed in the center of the quiche comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving.
