Pumpkin Muffins with Crumb Topping

These pumpkin muffins are made with a spice cake mix, canned pumpkin puree and topped with an irresistible crumb topping.

Fall is the perfect time to get in the kitchen and bake some seasonal treats and these muffins with crumb topping are one of my favorite!

Ingredients

For the Muffins: - Spice Cake Mix - Pumpkin Puree - Sour Cream - Vegetable Oil - Eggs - Vanilla Extract For the Crumb Topping: - Sugar - Flour - Pumpkin Pie Spice - Butter - Oatmeal

Add the cake mix to a mixing bowl. Then add the eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and combine until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree and mix until combined.

Use a cookie scoop to add the muffin batter to a paper liners inside a muffin pan. Spray the liners first with non-stick baking spray so that the baked muffins do not stick.

Combine the ingredients for the crumb topping in a mixing bowl. Spoon about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the crumb topping on top of each muffin.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of a muffin comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool while you prepare the powdered sugar glaze.
