– Chicken Cutlets – Egg – Milk  – Flour – Italian Seasoning

Ready to make them?

STEP 1 

Place chicken breasts on a cutting board lined with parchment paper.

STEP 2 

Slice chicken breasts lengthwise into thin cutlets.

STEP 3

Cover chicken with parchment and pound thin with a mallet.

STEP 4

Whisk egg and milk in one bowl; mix flour and Italian seasoning in another.

STEP 5 

Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, let excess drip off, then coat with flour.

STEP 6 

Carefully lower the coated chicken into the hot oil and repeat with the remaining pieces.

STEP 7

Heat oil to 350°F. Fry chicken 3-4 minutes per side until 165°F. Drain on paper towels.
