BLUEBERRY     CREAM CHEESE

 CRESCENT ROLLS

This recipe is a shortcut version of cream cheese danishes you can purchase in a bakery. Only these are made at home and are so easy to create!

So...is this recipe for breakfast or dessert? I think it's for both! It's perfect for anytime of day.

Ingredients

For the Crescent Rolls: – Crescent rolls – Blueberry Pie – Cream Cheese – Sugar – Vanilla Extract – Egg White For the Glaze: – Powdered Sugar – Milk

1

Open the Crescent Roll can

 – Open the crescent roll can and separate the rolls into triangles. – Lay them flat on a piece of parchment paper while you prepare the sweetened cream cheese.

 – In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. – Beat for a few minutes or until everything is combined and smooth.

2

– Spread about a tablespoon or two of the cream cheese on top of the crescent roll triangles. – Then add a tablespoon of the blueberry filling on top of the sweetened cream cheese.

3

4

– Beginning at the larger end, start rolling up the crescent rolls. – You want to try to pinch and tuck the ends together so the cream cheese mixture or blueberry pie filling doesn't seep out while baking.

5

– Place the crescent rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet. – Brush each crescent roll with the egg white. – This will help give the rolls a nice shiny look.

6

– Bake in a 375° F degree preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. – Set them aside for a few minutes to cool while you prepare the glaze.

7

– Combine the glaze ingredients together in a small bowl. – Drizzle on top of the slightly cooled crescent rolls.
