Apple Wrapped in Puff Pastry

INGREDIENTS

– Cinnamon     Sugar – Puff Pastry

– Egg – Apples

Ready to make them?

STEP 1

Cut the puff pastry sheets into strips.

STEP 2

Slice the apples horizontally and core them to make rings.

STEP 3

Wrap the apple rings with the strips of puff pastry, and fold the edges underneath.

STEP 4

Place the baking tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill the dough again before baking.

Sour Cream Dressing

STEP 5

Brush the tops of the apples with an egg wash and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.
