Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Crust •  Graham cracker crumbs •  Brown sugar •  Butter melted

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Crush the graham crackers into crumbs using a food processor or blender. Combine the crumbs and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well with a fork.

Step 2

Stir in the melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the prepared pan, using the flat bottom of a small glass to create an even crust.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth for the cheesecake filling. Add the white sugar, salt and flour to the cream cheese.

Step 4

Add each egg to the mixture one at a time. Make sure you mix completely after adding each egg.
