S'mores  Cookie Cups

S’mores Cookie Cups are a fun way to enjoy a childhood favorite treat only you don’t need to stand around a campfire to make them. They bake up easy in the oven and are perfect all year long!

These S'mores Cookie Cups have a buttery graham cracker bottom topped with  a marshmallow and a piece  of Hershey milk chocolate.

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and  melted butter to make the crust.

Place a tablespoon of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a cupcake pan, and press to make little cups Bake at 350°F for 4 to 5 minutes.

Use kitchen scissors to cut the marshmallows in half. Add to the graham cracker cups. Bake until the marshmallows are softened and just beginning to melt.

Top each marshmallow with a piece of Hershey bar.
