Preheat the oven to 350°F and roll the cookie dough into balls.
Dip the tops of the cookies into the powdered sugar and place on a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on the baking tray for at least 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
Once the cookies have cooled, prepare the cookie glaze by combining 1 cup powdered sugar with 1 tablespoon milk. If you need more milk, add the remaining tablespoon. You want to be able to drizzle the cookies with the glaze.
Drizzle the glaze on top of the cooled cookies and immediately add the Christmas sprinkles.
