Instructions
Cut the strawberries into chunks.
Add the cubed pound cake and strawberries to a bamboo skewer, alternating between each ingredient until three of each have been added.
In a bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar with the heavy cream and blue food coloring until smooth.
Transfer to a piping bag and drizzle the icing over the top of the fruit kabobs before serving.
