Scrambled Egg Breakfast Muffins
Scrambled Egg Muffins are easy to prepare. You can even make them a few days ahead of time and store in the freezer for an easy breakfast on the go!

Ingredients

eggs
¼
cup
milk
3
strips of bacon; cooked and crumbled
½
cup
cheddar cheese; shredded
1
tablespoon
chopped chives
salt and pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk the eggs together with the milk.
Stir in the cheese, crumbled bacon and chopped chives, salt and pepper.
Spoon into a muffin pan that has been sprayed with non-stick baking spray.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Let cool slightly before removing from muffin pan.
