Ingredients

28 ounce size Whole Tomatoes (do not drain)

10 Ounce Rotel (diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies)

chopped onion

clove
of garlic
minced

whole jalapeno
quartered and sliced thin

teaspoon
sugar
¼
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
ground cumin
½
cup
cilantro
½
of a whole lime juiced
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you get the consistency you like.
Taste to make sure you have enough seasonings. You could add more cilantro if needed.
Serve with tortilla chips.
