Ingredients

unbaked pie crust/shell
¾
cup
white sugar

eggs

can Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 12
ounce
can evaporated milk
2 to 3
teaspoon
of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
Beat eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
Stir in the pumpkin, sugar and Pumpkin Pie Spice.
Gradually add in the evaporated milk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 425 degree oven.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 and continue to bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
Transfer pie to a wire rack to cool before serving.
