Spray the baking dish with non-stick baking spray then add the peaches. I used about one cup of canned peaches for this size baking dish. You may need to add more or less depending on the size of baking dish that fits inside your air fryer.
Now add a few tablespoons of the juice from the canned peaches. You need some of the liquid from the canned peaches to help the dump cake cook.
Then sprinkle about ⅓ cup of the cake mix on top.Add the melted butter on top of the cake mix; again, I used 2 tablespoons for this size baking casserole dish.
Place the basket inside the air fryer and cook on 325°F for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, check to make sure the air fryer peach dump cake is baked. Then turn the heat up to 400 and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes so the topping browns.
Notes
The amount of ingredients you place inside the baking dish really depends on the size of your baking dish and what fits inside the air fryer. My dish measures 5" wide by 2 ½" deep.
Remember, all air fryers cook differently. It depends on the wattage, and the size of the baking dish you are using, You may need to add a few minutes or subtract a few minutes to the total baking time.
I was able to make 6 individual cakes using this recipe and my size baking dish.
