Instructions
Mix all of the seasonings together in a bowl and set aside.
Chop the potatoes into bite sized pieces*
Add potatoes to a bowl of water to prevent oxidation.
Next chop the chicken into slightly larger bite sized pieces. Add to a separate bowl.
Drizzle olive oil on both chicken and potatoes.
Add half the seasoning to the potatoes and the other half to the chicken.
Mix well, coating all the pieces.
Spray foil with non stick spray before adding the potatoes then the chicken.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Fold the foil like a tent to keep the hot air inside the foil to cook the food.
Cook for 25-30 minutes.
Remove, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure the potatoes are cut small so they cook faster.If the chicken cooks before the potatoes are fork tender, remove the chicken, open the packet and let the potatoes cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. If you want a nice roast on them, add a drizzle of olive oil for the second cooking.
