These air fryer crescent rolls are soft and tender on the inside yet crispy golden brown on the outside. Ready in 5 minutes! Read the full blog post for helpful notes and tips for the best method for air frying crescent rolls.
Once you open up the can of crescent roll dough, separate the triangles into eight individual pieces.
Then proceed to roll them up starting with the wide end and shape into a crescent shape.
Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick baking spray.
Place the crescent rolls in the basket making sure you leave enough room between them so they're not touching.
Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.
Then open the basket and see if they're done. Shake them a little to make sure they're not sticking to the basket.
Continue to bake for another 2 - 3 minutes until golden brown.
Gently lift the crescent rolls out of the air fryer, serve and enjoy.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the basket. I could only fit four crescent rolls at a time in my basket style air fryer. You want the hot air to be able to flow between the crescent rolls so they cook perfectly.
Do not stack them on top of each other either.
Check them halfway through to make sure they are cooking evenly. You may have to rotate them if you notice one side is baking too fast and the other side is still raw.
If the rolls stuck together, just separate gently with a knife or a spatula.
All air fryers work differently, so pay attention to the way yours bakes the first time you do crescent rolls and make a note of the time.
