Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Wash the potatoes and allow to dry while you gather the spices and other ingredients.
Slice the potatoes in half and add them to a bowl. Sprinkle with the seasonings, oil, salt and pepper.
Toss the potatoes to evenly coat with the oil and seasonings.
Add to the preheated 400°F air fryer.
Cook for 15 minutes turning once halfway through the cooking.
Remove from the air fryer and place on serving plate to enjoy immediately while hot.
Notes
Fresh rosemary can be substituted for 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
