Instructions
Wash and pat dry the vegetables.
Cut the potatoes into chunks.
Add the potatoes and carrots into a large bowl.
Coat the potatoes and carrots with vegetable oil.
Combine the seasonings in a small bowl, then toss them with the potatoes and carrots.
Transfer the potatoes and carrots to the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, tossing them halfway through the cooking time.
Check the vegetables to ensure they are fork tender. If not, air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes or until they are fork-tender.
