Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, then scramble the eggs until just set.
Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Top each with scrambled eggs and cheese.
Add desired toppings and bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
Slice and serve warm.

If you want, you can lightly bake the flatbread before adding toppings to keep it crisp.
