Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the biscuit dough package and separate the biscuits. Use a rolling pin to roll the biscuits flat and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Place the biscuits in the oven to bake for around 12 minutes, until they’re just beginning to brown.
While the biscuits are baking, prepare the gravy mix according to the package instructions and set aside.
Cook the sausage in a large skillet until crumbled, then transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Grease a small skillet and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
When the biscuits are done, remove the pan from the oven and spread a thin layer of gravy over the top of each biscuit.
Top the gravy with crumbled sausage and scrambled eggs.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of each pizza.
Return the pan to the oven to bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until the toppings are warmed and the cheese is melted.
Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
To achieve fluffy scrambled eggs, cook them over low heat and stir constantly. This prevents them from becoming dry and overcooked.
