Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix for 5 minutes.
This ensures that the mix is completely blended.
Store in airtight jars or use right away.
To Make Homemade Brownies with the Mix:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, add the brownie mix from the mason jar, eggs, water and vanilla.
Mix until batter is smooth.
Spray 9 x 9 baking pan with oil and add batter.
Cook for 18-22 minutes.
Notes
Make sure you use a mason jar funnel to help you get the ingredients into the mason jar without making a huge mess.
This recipe makes 8 cups of dry brownie mix—enough to fill four 32 ounce mason jars
Each jar holds approximately 2 ¼ cups of mix, which is the amount needed to make one batch of brownies. So with this recipe, you’ll get approximately 4 jars total.
