Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate; melted according to the package directions and cooled.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Combine cookie crumbs with the butter in a bowl.
Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Set aside while you prepare the cheesecake mixture.
In the bowl of a KitchenAid mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract together until smooth.
Add the melted, cooled chocolate. Mix well.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
Pour over the prepared crust.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake but do not remove the rim.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Remove the rim before serving.
