  • 3 large spinach tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Stir together the cream cheese, ranch seasoning, bell pepper, green onion, and cheddar cheese.
  • Spread the mixture over the top of each tortilla.
  • Roll up the tortilla around the filling.
  • Wrap each tortilla tightly with plastic wrap and form it into a triangle shape.
  • Place the tortillas in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
  • When ready to serve, slice each tortilla into 10 even pieces.
  • Place two triangles onto one toothpick or skewer to make a Christmas tree shape.

Notes

While it may seem obvious, evenly slicing the Christmas tree-shaped tortillas makes a big difference in how they look when skewered on the cocktail picks. This simple step ensures that they all look uniform on the platter or serving tray.
