boneless skinless chicken breasts

jar salsa - your favorite brand and heat level
1
1.25 oz packet taco seasoning

Instructions
Spray the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Sprinkle the chicken breasts with the taco seasoning.
Pour the entire bottle of salsa on top.
Cook on high 4 hours or low 6 hours.
Shred with two forks when chicken is done.
Notes
Serve over fresh cooked rice or quinoa.
You could add black beans and corn to the top to create a burrito bowl.
My favorite way is to serve it over a bowl full of crunchy lettuce leaves.
Add a few crushed tortilla chips to the top for added crunch.
