On top of a large cutting board or platter, arrange the crackers in rows to form two bunny ears leading to the center of the board.
Place the bowl of hummus in the center of the board.
Place 2 black olives halved widthwise in the hummus to serve as the bunny's eyes.
Place a cherry tomato in the center of the hummus for the bunny's nose.
Cut another black olive lengthwise into multiple pieces to form a mouth in the hummus.
Place 3 trimmed asparagus on each side of the cherry tomato nose to represent bunny whiskers.
Use the yellow cheddar cheese cubes to fill in the center of the bunny ears.
Finally arrange the cauliflower florets, celery sticks, red pepper slices, cubed white cheddar cheese, and broccoli florets on the board, filling in any remaining space on the board.
