70-80 donut holes
6 ounces fresh raspberries
fresh rosemary
¼ cup powdered sugar

Wrap the cone in plastic wrap, ensuring the entire cone is covered.
Insert a toothpick into the cone near the bottom to begin the first layer. Push a donut hole onto the toothpick.
Stick a second toothpick beside the first, leaving enough room for the donut hole. Press the second donut hole onto the toothpick.
Continue this method until the entire tree is filled with donut holes. It's okay if there are small gaps between the donut holes — these will be filled with raspberries and rosemary sprigs.
Fill the larger gaps with raspberries by gently wedging them between the donut holes as needed.
Cut the rosemary into 1 to 2-inch pieces. Press them gently between the donut holes as needed.
Sift powdered sugar over the entire tree to create a snow effect.

Notes

To prevent any contact between the foam and your treats, make sure to thoroughly cover the cone with plastic wrap.
For easy transport, assemble your tree on a serving platter or cake board.
Don't stress over perfectly placing each donut hole; simply fill any gaps with raspberries and rosemary sprigs for a lush and festive look.
