Instructions
Preheat the waffle iron while you make the batter.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs using a hand beater or whisk until fluffy. Then add in the melted butter and milk. Mix together until smooth.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Mix gently until all is combined. It's okay if the batter is lumpy.
Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour mix onto hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown or following the manufacturer's instructions for your waffle maker.
Remove the waffles and place on a baking rack until ready to serve.
Notes
Freezing Tips
To freeze any leftover waffles, place them on a baking tray and then place the tray in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until frozen.
Remove the frozen waffles from the baking tray and add to a freezer bag, label and return to freezer.
Reheat Frozen Waffles
Reheat the frozen waffles in a toaster oven.
