1can refrigerated Pillsbury Grands Biscuits; 16.3 ounce size
1package cream cheese; softened; 8 ounce size
½cuppowdered sugar
¼teaspoonalmond extract
2cans peaches; 15 ounce size

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer or your KitchenAid mixer, combine the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and almond extract until smooth.
Add the drained peaches and continue blending on low speed for just a few minutes.
Now add the mixture to a 9X13 baking dish that’s been sprayed with non-stick baking spray.
Open the can of biscuits, separate them and cut each roll into 6 pieces.
Add the sliced biscuits to the top of the peaches and cream cheese mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and baked through in the center. Allow to cool while you prepare the glaze topping.
In a small measuring cup combine the ingredients for the glaze. If the glaze is too thick, add an additional topping tablespoon of milk. You want to be able to pour the glaze, but you don’t want it too thin.
Pour the glaze over the slightly cooled cobbler and serve.
Notes
This recipe is best served warm. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator. This recipe will not freeze well.
