Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Open the can of Grands Biscuits and separate each one. Using a pastry roller, flatten each one into a circle; about 4-6 inches in diameter.
Arrange the flattened biscuits onto a baking sheet pan that's been lined with parchment paper making sure you leave space between each one.
Add about 1-2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce over each round, then sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Top with the pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use parchment paper for easier cleanup and to prevent sticking.
Flatten biscuits evenly to ensure a consistent bake and avoid doughy centers.
Pre-bake the biscuit rounds for 3–4 minutes if you prefer a crispier crust.
Avoid too much sauce—a light layer prevents soggy bottoms.
Customize toppings with your favorites like sausage, veggies, or different cheeses.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
Freeze for later: Cool completely, wrap tightly, and freeze for up to 2 months.
Kid-friendly tip: Let kids build their own for a fun, interactive meal!
