Using a cookie cutter, cut circles out of the provolone slices. Set aside.
Prepare the meatballs according to the package directions.
Prepare the pasta sauce according to the package directions.
Boil the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain and add to the sauce. Stir to combine.
Make piles of spaghetti on each plate or serving platter. Ladle an extra spoonful of sauce onto each mound of spaghetti. Place a meatball on top of the sauce, followed by the circular piece of cheese to create the white part of the eye.
Top each meatball with a black olive slice.
Notes
You can make your own homemade meatballs if you prefer. Try to make them slightly smaller than usual, and the same size for even cooking and presentation.
Mozzarella cheese is a good substitute for the provolone. And you can swap out the black olives for green olives if that's all you have.
