2 packages crescent rolls
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
12 slices black forest ham
2 ½ cups freshly shredded Swiss cheese
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
Unroll the first crescent dough sheet, and pinch together the seams.
Spread half of the mayonnaise and half of the Dijon mustard over the crescent roll.
Layer 6 slices of ham, and add half of the shredded cheese on top.
Roll up the crescent dough, holding the ingredients in place the best you can as you roll.
Cut the roll into about ½ - ¾ inch slices.
Place the slices on the parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and repeat for the other crescent dough sheet and remaining ingredients.
When finished, melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl, and brush over the rolls. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Tips

Let the crescent roll dough sit at room temperature for a few minutes before unrolling to prevent tearing.
Use thinly sliced deli ham and cheese so the dough rolls tightly and slices cleanly.
For neater pinwheels, chill the rolled log for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
