Instructions
Directions to Prepare Jars:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Stir well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a quart-sized Mason jar.
Seal and attach a gift tag.
Directions to Prepare the Muffins:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and milk.
Pour the wet ingredients into the jar mix. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fill each muffin cup about ⅔ full.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
