one ounce squares of baking chocolate

Instructions
Place the chocolate squares into a microwavable safe bowl.
Then place the bowl in the microwave.
Using the low setting the cook time to 30 seconds.
At the end of the first 30 second interval, remove the bowl and stir the chocolate with a spoon or rubber spatula.
Return the bowl to the microwave and repeat. Making sure you stir the chocolate after each 30 second interval of cooking.
Once the chocolate is almost all melted, remove the bowl from the microwave. Place on the counter and continue stirring until completely melted.
Notes
You need to make sure you're stirring the chocolate after each 30 second interval of cooking.
Chocolate pieces can retain their shape until you stir them.
