Instructions
Combine the cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon, cheddar cheese and garlic in a food processor and process until blended.
Spread on top of the bread slices.
Bake at 425 degrees until the top is bubbly, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Notes
You can also spread the mixture over bread sliced in half lengthwise. Bake 10–12 minutes, then slice to serve.
