Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Greast an 8-inch cast iron skillet or an oven-safe baking dish. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well to combine.
Add the shredded cheese, chopped jalapenio, crumbled bacon and sliced green onions to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Spread the cheese mixture into the prepared skillet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with chips or vegetable sticks.
