Instructions
Slice the tops off the mini peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and ribs.
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, chives, and 1 tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning until smooth and well combined.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into each pepper half.
Arrange the stuffed peppers on a serving tray and sprinkle with more everything bagel seasoning for extra flavor and crunch.
Serve chilled or at room temperature — no baking needed!

Prep Peppers:
Wash, slice, and remove seeds and membranes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to stuff.
